ComfyLink — Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-06-24

1. Overview

ComfyLink ("the App", "we", "us") is a mobile companion for your own ComfyUI. All image generation runs on hardware that you own and control; the App only lets you remotely trigger your ComfyUI workflows, monitor progress, and have the results delivered to your phone. This Policy explains what data we process, how we process it, and your rights. The data controller is Shanghai Huajiutian Network Technology Co., Ltd., and you can reach us at support@huijiutian.com.

2. Information we collect

We process only the limited data necessary to operate ComfyLink:

We do not collect biometric information, health data, precise geolocation, full payment-card details, or shipping/delivery information.

3. How we use information

We use the data above only for the following purposes: to authenticate you and provide your account; to connect the App to your own ComfyUI and deliver your outputs; to manage and validate your subscription and limits; to operate, troubleshoot, and secure the service and prevent abuse; to respond to support requests; and to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell or "share" your personal data, we do not use it for targeted advertising, we do not integrate any third-party advertising SDK, and we do not create marketing profiles about you. Where applicable law (such as the GDPR) applies, our legal bases for processing are the performance of a contract, our legitimate interests, your consent, or compliance with a legal obligation.

4. Third-party processors

We rely on a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf, subject to confidentiality and security obligations and acting only on our instructions: Supabase (authentication / database), Cloudflare R2 (temporary Asset Staging Area for delivering outputs), Render (relay hosting), RevenueCat (subscription management), and Apple / Google (payments and sign-in). In addition, we disclose data only where reasonably necessary to comply with the law, protect rights, prevent fraud, or in connection with a corporate transaction.

5. International data transfers

Your data is stored and processed by the service providers listed in Section 4, whose servers are located in the United States. If you are outside the United States, by using the service you understand that your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those of your location. When we transfer data internationally, we apply appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable law (such as Standard Contractual Clauses where required). For details, contact support@huijiutian.com.

6. Data security and retention

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including TLS encryption in transit and access controls; however, no system is completely secure. Retention: generated outputs are held in the Asset Staging Area and automatically deleted after approximately 2 days; account data is retained until you delete your account or request deletion; backups and technical logs are retained only for a limited period.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data, to restrict or object to certain processing, to obtain a portable copy, and to withdraw consent previously given (you can also delete your account directly within the App). To exercise these rights, email support@huijiutian.com; we may need to verify your identity first and will respond within a reasonable time. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

8. California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

Under the CCPA, California residents may have the following rights: to know (the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected), to access, to delete, to correct, and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. The categories we have collected in the preceding 12 months are: identifiers (email, user identifier, IP), internet activity information (app interaction and diagnostic logs), and the limited commercial information needed to manage your subscription (subscription tier).

In the preceding 12 months, we have not sold or "shared" (as defined under the CCPA) the personal information of California residents; because we do not engage in targeted advertising, the related opt-out rights do not apply to us. To exercise your California rights, send an email with "California Privacy Rights" in the subject line to support@huijiutian.com (we will verify your identity first). Residents of other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws have similar rights to know, access, delete, and correct.

9. Children

ComfyLink is not directed to children under 13 and is rated 13+; we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with data, please contact us to have it deleted.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this Policy from time to time; material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top, and your continued use indicates your awareness of them. For any privacy question or request, contact Shanghai Huajiutian Network Technology Co., Ltd. at support@huijiutian.com.
